RESOLVED - 21/103 Cr R Turner/Cr R Kidd 1 That Council acknowledge the reports presented to the City of Orange Traffic Committee at its meeting held on 9 March 2021. 2 That Council determine recommendations 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 from the minutes of the City of Orange Traffic Committee meeting of 9 March 2021. 3.1 That Council not install centre island parking on Dalton Street between Sale Street and Anson Street. 3.2 That Council install line marking and parking restrictions at the intersection of Byng Street and William Street as per the attached plan. 3.3 That Council install line marking and parking restrictions at the intersection of Byng Street and McLachlan Street as per the attached plan. 3.4 That Council install line marking and parking restrictions at the intersection of Edward Street and Churchill Avenue as per the attached plan. 3 That the remainder of the minutes of the City of Orange Traffic Committee at its meeting held on 9 March 2021 be adopted. |

MATTER ARISING Cr K Duffy Cr Duffy congratulated the Electrical team on their works erecting lights in the trees in the city and requested the CEO congratulate those staff on a fantastic job. |

MATTER ARISING Cr R Turner Cr Turner asked that staff inspect a large pot hole on Ophir Road on the Northern Side of First Crossing. |
Cr Nugent requested an update on works at Pilcher Park and Ken Rawle Park.
The Acting Director Technical Services stated that a contractor has been engaged and the work will begin shortly.
Cr Taylor requested that staff look at the condition of Emu Swamp Road.
The Acting Director Technical Services stated that he will liaise with Cabonne Council over the shared road.
