That Council resolves to acknowledge the information provided in the report by the Manager Development Assessments on Items Approved Under the Delegated Authority of Council.

Cr Duffy asked a question about Housing Plus strata titles and separating them to be sold at a later date

Director Development Services commented that they relate to the day of the Kevin Rudd government where funding was given to Social Housing (Dept of Housing), 114 units were built and sold to Housing Plus, strata titling each of those developments – scattered all over town, nothing significant in that for Council.

 

2.2     Development Application DA 507/2021(1) - 314 Anson Street

That this item be deferred to allow Councillors to conduct a site visit of 314 Anson Street prior to it coming back to Council for resolution.
